All appointments are with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.  Our goal is to provide you with the best healthcare and performance experience you have ever had.

Meet Our Team

dr. jenn Gaddy

Doctor Jenn Gaddy is the founder of Bluewater Multisport.  She is physical therapist, Certified USA Triathlon coach, Pose Method Running Coach, Certified BikeFit Specialist and Level 2 Crossfit Certified Trainer.  She is also a boy mom, wife and competitive athlete.  Jenn has been a physical therapist for over 16 years specializing in the military and athletic community.  She likes to nerd out on anything performance related, hence all the certifications.

Jenn earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the US Army-Baylor University Physical Therapy program.  From then she became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist.  She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  

Jenn served as a physical therapist for over twelve years in the Army.  Her assignments included being a brigade physical therapist for the 2nd Brigade Combat Team of the 2nd Infantry Division as well as the lead director for the Army’s Athletic Trainer Program.  She continued to work as a civilian physical therapist for the Army’s 7th Special Forces Group and continues to support the local community through training and technique analysis for local athletes.  Her passion for helping people return to sport is what drove this current dream clinic to come true.

Traci Green is a physical therapist who has been practicing for 25 years. She is a military spouse who has lived all over the United States and abroad. She has practiced in a variety of settings, including school based physical therapy, outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehab, long term care, as well as independent and assisted senior living. She is certified in myofascial cupping, kinesiology taping, and the Otago exercise program.

Coach maria netherland

Maria is a USA Triathlon Level II Endurance Coach and Youth & Juniors Coach as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist. She also holds certifications for: Schwinn Cycling, Slowtwitch Swimming and Road Runners. Maria has been a Personal Trainer since 2010 and an Endurance Coach since 2012.

She is a graduate of the United States Military Academy with a degree in Management/Systems Engineering.

Maria firmly believes that everyone is an athlete and she works with all ability levels. She believes that sustainability is the key to exercise and her focus is helping you find a sport you’re passionate about and get you moving.

Maria lives by the motto, “Healthy. Strong. Motivated. Driven.”

COACH TIA SMITH

Tia Smith is a running coach with a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Central Missouri, where she also commissioned from Army R.O.T.C. and competed in DII Cross Country, Indoor & Outdoor Track. From there she went on to serve for 7 years as a detachment commander for a Postal A.G. unit, and was able to obtain her U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer Certificate. Tia is also USA Track & Field Level 1, USATF Cross Country Specialist, and Road Runners Club of America Level 1 certified. She has coached a variety of athletes, from Soldiers looking to improve their APFT scores or 5 mile times, to runners looking to conquer a new distance or time goal, to beginners or those who simply want to get in better shape. 

Tia stays active in the running community wherever she goes.  She is also a dog mom, military spouse, and ultramarathon athlete, completing races up to 100K distance (so far). Besides running, she enjoys reading, scrapbooking, traveling, yoga, hiking, and roller blading (though she’s not very good at it). Tia believes that she can help anyone fall in love with running, and become a runner for life, if they are willing to give themselves a chance.
